Eduardo De La Cruz is a South Texas native with proud Mexican roots and a true passion for helping people find their place in the world. He’s called Dallas home for the last 15 years and loves being part of such a vibrant and diverse community. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Eduardo has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, making the home buying and selling process feel easy, exciting, and maybe even a little fun.

Eduardo got his start in real estate with Sage Street Realty, and from day one, it was clear he had found his calling. His dedication, hard work, and heart for serving others quickly set him apart. He worked his way up from an agent to a leadership role within the company, where he now helps mentor and guide other agents while continuing to serve his own clients. His journey is a reflection of the values that drive him—integrity, compassion, and a commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Before joining Sage Street Realty, Eduardo spent over eight years in property management as a leasing professional. During that time, he earned multiple awards for his outstanding service. But more than the accolades, it was the joy of helping people find a place to call home that fueled his passion—and ultimately inspired him to make the leap into real estate. Today, Eduardo is proud to be ranked among the top producers in Dallas-Fort Worth, but what means the most to him is the trust and relationships he’s built along the way.

Outside of work, life has been full of exciting new chapters. Eduardo recently married the love of his life and became a proud father. Being a husband and dad has brought him even more joy—and a deeper understanding of just how important it is to find the right home. When he’s not out showing houses or working alongside his team at Sage Street Realty, you’ll probably find him soaking up family time or exploring Dallas with his loyal black lab mix, Brover.
